- Better by Design – Because one size does not fit all, we custom design most of our own equipment. This ensures that we have state-of-the-art equipment designed to improve productivity, reliability, and safety.
- Better Built – Roywell builds most of its own new equipment along with executing rebuilds on all of our units. Strict standards are implemented to insure reliability, performance, ease of operation along with a high degree of ruggedness. Special attention to design and installation of hydraulic and control systems with a certain degree of redundancy is expected. Last and very important, all designs are conceived by using information learned from operators of the equipment along with management. Operator's input is invaluable to the final product.
- Better Maintained – We have our own facilities to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs along with an ability to rebuild all of our equipment. We rebuild our equipment with the latest technology thus keeping our equipment state of the art. Every rebuild event is “engineered” with input from our operations group.
- Better Management – Each and every unit along with all of our assets are tracked and documented within our operating system. We have a campaign for this activity titled the “SMART” campaign. This is an acronym which stands for “Service Management And Resource Tracking” Each and every asset whether it is equipment, a tractor or a pickup truck is located in a database with each asset having its own folder. Within these folders are the complete history of a given asset inclusive of a general information sheet, all maintenance, repair and rebuild records, service manuals, DOT information, drawings, photographs and all inspections and reports. This gives the entire company visibility to all of the information that is associated with each and every asset. These records are updated daily by our dedicated Equipment Service Entity within the company.
